Synopsis[edit source]

The battle against the Berserk Android, now affectionately dubbed "Robo Dame," concluded with a bizarre curative injection to Durmen Tredan. The party survived a two-wave Vegepygmy ambush, aided by Poision Egon raising the dead as zombies. The fungal threat was superseded by a coordinated attack from two heavily armored Police Robots, which severely injured Egon as the session ended.

The Syringe's Gift and Robo Dame's Reboot

The session opened in the silence following the Berserk Android's defeat.

The Cure: The injection proved to be a powerful curative agent, instantly healing Durmen. He initially experienced severe disorientation—seeing sound as waves of multicolored ripples—but emerged completely restored and optimized, a recovery essential for surviving the chaos that followed.
The Reboot: Durmen then cast Mend on the downed construct (now dubbed "Robo Dame"), causing her to enter a state of internal rebooting/re-initiation.

Chaos and Fungal Firefight

The silence was immediately broken by the activation of the countdown mechanism from the previous session, leading to the initial ambush by Vegepygmy Raiders and their canine-like Thornie companions, who advanced from the West.

Friendly Fire Disaster: As the ambush began, Aldran critically fumbled his opening axe strike (Roll 110), sending the weapon flying into Nail for a critical hit that dealt 22 cutting damage. The injury left Nail severely hampered for the rest of the fight.
Fungal Reinforcements: Before the first wave was fully dispatched, a second group of Vegepygmies, led by a potent Vegepygmy Shaman, emerged to reinforce the raiders. The Shaman used its spores to weaken the party.

Egon's Response: After several Vegepygmies were killed, Poision Egon cast a powerful necromantic spell to raise three dead Vegepygmies as zombies, which he immediately commanded to attack the remaining fungal creatures.
Balmaris's Defense: Balmaris deployed a Spectral Guardian*ability to block the hallway, attacking the reinforcements, and used a Spiritual Weapon to sustain damage against the Vegepygmies attempting to break through the blockade.
Elemental Collapse: Despite the continuous threat, the party rallied by targeting the creatures' elemental weaknesses. Balmaris landed a powerful Flame Strike, and Durmen followed with an Ice Knife, successfully destroying the fungal creatures' rapid regeneration.
Brutal Finish: Aldran recovered from his blunder by throwing an incapacitated Vegepygmy into one of the newly arrived Police Robots, using the fungal corpse as an improvised buffer.

Robot Interception and Egon's Ordeal

The elimination of the Vegepygmies was interrupted by the arrival of two massive Phasnosh Police Robots from the North and East corridors, intent on clearing the biological contamination.

Fungal Panic: The moment the Vegepygmies saw the robots enter the chamber, they broke combat and retreated immediately westward in a panic, scattering down the corridor to escape the mechanical threat.
Opening Salvo: The North Robot immediately initiated combat with a devastating Sonic Blast attack, hitting the entire party.

Egon's Flight: In a desperate attempt to gain distance, Poision Egon tried to flee toward the Southeast, but was relentlessly pursued.
Crushing Blow: The robot easily caught Egon and, in a terrifying display of mechanical power, grappled and crushed his arms. Egon was left severely injured, unable to use somatic spell components or effectively handle his weapons.

The party now faces two heavily-armored, coordinating robots while one companion is critically injured and the key to proceeding—the inert Android—remains unsearched.
