Encounter Setting The PC's will have found out about the Barons schemes to retain power and may (or not) have learned that there are multiple factions working at times together and at time not to control the [[Oleg Keep]] area. As the PC's clean up the smaller townships they will encounter the results of Adious and Margarete's machinations from their base in [[Bexley]]. Act three will focus on the PC's interaction with the slavers and [[Thriven Dormor|Adious]] and [[Margarete]] and the discovery that [[Lord Vellor]] has escaped the Demi-plane and has followed them. Major Non-Player Characters (NPC) [[Thriven Dormor|Adious]] - Scarlet Brotherhood Assassin controlling the local illegal trade [[Maragarete]] - owner of the Apple Patch coach house working with the Red Company Sir Gomer - Leader of Bexley Garrison [[Xobzag]] - Hobgoblin Warchief of the Ripper Clan Maragete & Adious Will recapture the kids and taking advantage of the PC's attack on the town garrison use one of the portal spells to flee to Spinecastle with the children they were sending north with the Red Company slavers. PC's searching their residence will find a footlocker with multiple vials of the magical drug that keeps the children sedated and a collection os scrolls that allow them to activate the various Flan portals (standing stones) around the Marches. Lord Vellor After using the Dwaren Relics the PC's failed to recover from the Demi-plane to make his escape back to the prime-material plane he has decided to ride north to meet his master the Death Knight Monduz. On the way he discovers the PC's are in Bexley and decides to test their strength by sending a few of his minions ahead to attack them. [[Category:Ivae Orr Campaign]]
