This action can be used only to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action. **Master Fence.** Simon can accurately appraise the value of any stolen goods and knows the best routes for moving contraband. He has advantage on all Charisma (Persuasion) checks made to negotiate the sale of illegal goods.

Reactions

    • Uncanny Dodge.** When an attacker that Simon can see hits him with an attack, Simon can use his reaction to halve the attack's damage against him.

Roleplaying Notes

Simon is usually charming and confident, especially when discussing money or goods. He becomes immediately hostile or slippery when faced with authority or when his network is threatened. He works closely with Thriven Dormor to manage the logistics of their operation.

Appearance Simon is a wiry human with quick eyes and hands. He typically wears dark, unassuming clothing that offers easy movement, with a light studding of leather armor hidden underneath.
