    • Rider's Command (3/Day).** As a bonus action, the DragonLady can target one creature she can see within 60 feet. That creature must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or use its reaction to make one melee attack against a target of the DragonLady's choice.

    • Multiattack.** The DragonLady makes three attacks: two with her Greatsword and one with her Dragonfire Burst. **Greatsword.** Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage. **Dragonfire Burst (Recharge 5-6).** The DragonLady exhales fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Reactions

    • Parry.** The DragonLady adds 3 to her AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, she must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Roleplaying Notes

Driven to restore order to the lower Blemu Hills/ Seeks recognition even if it is infamous. Her movements often betray a lack of confidence despite her powerful aura, showing glimpses of her self-doubt. Her high status and noble blood inform her belief that she is the only one fit to lead.
